Over the years, the group has grown and diversified to emerge as a leading distribution house in the North-Eastern Region for a wide variety of product segments in the auto-component industry.Assam Ball Bearings Private Limited (ABBPL) was incorporated in the year 2004 and the entity ‘Assam Bearings’ was merged with ABBPL.

Assam Ball Bearings (P) Ltd - Established in the year 1988, this entity deals in all kinds of industrial and automotive spares (HCV & two-wheeler) and are the authorized distributors for various brands like Meritor, FAG, Timken, NBC, GNA Axles, Banco Radiators and other industrial & automotive spares.

Garima Earthmovers - Established in the year 2010 with a focus to cater the off-highway segment and deals in the spares of backhoe loaders, excavators, transit mixers & other construction equipments.

Garima Associates (P) Ltd – This organization deals in all kinds of Ashok Leyland spare parts (Leyparts & Valueparts) and are the authorized distributors for the entire Northeast region.

Devesh Associates (P) Ltd – This entity offers various automotive components & lubricating solutions with their home-grown brand ‘GVD’.

The group has long-term relationships with over 800 retailers, fleet owners and industries and the area of business spreads across 100 locations in the Northeast region.
